It completely disgusts me how the Lame Stream Media malevolently calls out ‘racism’ on non-black Americans, but totally ignores blatant racism when it’s blacks hating whites for no other reason than their color.

It is especially disgusting where no racism is evident, such as pointing out the race of a criminal when it would help catch a perpetrator.  The Lame Stream Media also cry ‘racism’ for criticism of President Obama’s many policy failures.  For a so-called ‘journalist’ to suggest ‘racism’ is responsible for valid policy disagreements is beyond detestable.  It emphasizes that they’ve run out of cogent arguments for their side.

Here’s so-called “journalist” Chris Matthews on MSNBC trying to school Rush Limbaugh about the definition of Racism:

I’d like to teach ‘journalist’ Chris Matthews the meaning of Racism.

According to Dictionary.com, racism is:

1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

I see nowhere in that definition the distinction between races, that the definition applies to one race and not another.  “Hatred or intolerance” is not qualified by who’s the hater and who’s the target.  Racism is racism whether it’s the KKK burning crosses on black families’ lawns or black flash mobs beating up white, Asian or Hispanic Americans for no reason other than color.

As far as why I always put quotation marks around the word ‘journalist’ when I refer to Chris Matthews and other MSNBC and NPR ‘journalists’:

The Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists states:

Public enlightenment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility.

Indeed, a journalist is not supposed to take sides, regardless of their personal opinion.  Many claim to be ‘objective,’ but their reporting shows the exact opposite, as demonstrated by the Media Research Center, Newsbusters and Accuracy in Media.
